You think this is a fuckin' costume? This is a way of life. Damn right it is Suicide. Also, if Trash wants to dance naked on a tombstone, it's her right. Hmmm, where was I? Oh yeah, welcome to 1985 you lovely scumbags. Return of the Living Dead my favorite zombie film ever. Plus my favorite punk rock movie. Also, have you ever seen a pastel sweatered vampire dance at the discoteque? It's real good. Fright Night also shows you the reasons you should never invite your neighbors inside. Then there is Mario Bava's son giving you the creepiest Demons you will ever see. Climbing in your movie theater window. Snatching your people up. xoxo
1985
1. Return of the Living Dead (Directed by Dan O'Bannon)
IMDB plot: When two bumbling employees at a medical supply warehouse accidentally release a deadly gas into the air, the vapors cause the dead to rise again as zombies.
2. Fright Night (Directed by Tom Holland)
IMDB plot: A teenager discovers that the newcomer in his neighborhood is a vampire, so he turns to an actor in a television horror show for help dealing with the undead.
3. Demoni aka Demons (Directed by Lamberto Bava)
IMDB plot: A group of random people are invited to a screening of a mysterious movie, only to find themselves trapped in the theater with ravenous demons.
Bonus Films!!! You know it's a good year when amazing films like George A. Romero's Day of the Dead and Stuart Gordon's Re-Animator doesn't cut my top three. I love both of these films so much but I just find myself watching the above films way more often.
Day of the Dead (Directed by George A. Romero)
IMDB plot: A small group of military officers and scientists dwell in an underground bunker as the world above is overrun by zombies.
Re-Animator (Directed by Stuart Gordon)
IMDB plot: After an odd new medical student arrives on campus, a dedicated local and his girlfriend become involved in bizarre experiments centering around the re-animation of dead tissue.
That's all fiends. See you tomorrow for 1986. xoxo
